Required Documents

We accept all of the following documents. These documents must be uploaded very clearly, so that we do not receive a rejection from the bank.

For Physical Cards:

A photo of your credit card, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, cardholder name, bank name, and expiry date

A bank statement for the account connected to the credit/debit card

For Virtual Cards:

Please provide a screenshot or receipt of the transaction for the purchase of virtual cards or card top-up. It should clearly display the date, time, and amount of the transaction.

First 6 Digits and Last 4 Digits of Card, Name, Expiry Date must be shown, please blur/cover other details.

After documents are submitted, please wait up to 24 – 48 hours for us to verify the document. We will ship your product once the process is over.
